CED has long suffered from poor e-mail graphics and table presentations. Over the last three months I have learned WEBsmithy and have built a series of templates that will make doing CED on the WEB not much more difficult than the old e-mail way. I will use the CED mailer in the network office to announce when the next edition is posted on the CED Homepage. The CED http address is --

We will try to visit various LTER sites with research reports on climate ecosystem interactions as well as reports on climate and climate change at LTER sites. As each story will have a specific http address within CED.html, sites should feel free to WWW pointing to CED for their site homepages. Data sets developed for these reports will be sites will available as well.
