ARC/INFO coverage cobbchng3. It was then transformed
using an affine transformation to latitude and
longitude (NAD27) and projected to the UTM system
using zone 18 and spheroid Clark 1866 to the NAD27
datum. Arcs were labeled with the relevant year. For
polygon coverages, label points were also labeled by
year.
